Live case status in one screen

Enter the case type, number and year. Lexdate fetches the live status directly from the court and shows the case title, whether it is pending or disposed, the next hearing date, the stage, the bench, the petitioner and respondent advocates, and the category.

• IA details. Every interlocutory application with its number, party, filing date and status.
• Listing history. Every date the case was listed, with the bench and short order.

Orders and judgments

Orders for your cases are listed in the app and can be opened or downloaded as PDF on every plan, including Free. When a new order is uploaded for a case you follow, Lexdate sends you a notification that opens straight to that case’s Orders tab.

Deadline hints from orders

When an order contains phrases such as “file reply within”, “comply within” or “failing which”, Lexdate highlights the passage as a hint. These hints are automatic pattern matches, not legal advice — always read the order itself.

Supreme Court of India

For Supreme Court matters, add a case using its CNR number and keep it alongside your High Court practice.
